MICHAEL JThis is the second truck rental in a couple of months and both were bad experiences. When I plan to pick up the truck the business is closed. I have to spend another 45 minutes renting the truck and the same to return it. On top of that the truck had an engine misfire and would not run properly using additional fuel. Not a good experience again. I need to consider Penske next time on the truck if U HAUL can’t make the experience better.
