Provide better customer service, don't harass your customers to transport additional equipment, actually be open and present when customers arrive to pick up equipment once you badger them into agreeing to transport additional equipment, do not reserve equipment customers do not agree to after not showing up on the actual date, do not try to charge customers credit cards without prior authorization for extra mileage that was physically impossible to have incurred in the amount of time the equipment was in my possession. Provide equipment that is safe, reliable and has at least basic features. Don't repeatedly send text messages to confirm pickup of a reservation that the customer never made.

CLAUDIO SI always get u-haul for rent but this time it was a little bit frustrating the truck was left with no gas at all. When we went to get the truck the man said it doesn't have nothing of gas thankfully we where in a gas station because as soon my husband was giving reverse to put gas in the truck it turn off not even 15 sec when we turn it on. We left it with alot more of gas the we received it. At the next day I see a invoice charger me the gas. They said the they give me a refund but I am still waiting
Marisel VGot charged for fuel and mileage we did not use truck was on empty put fuel in it and the guy did not check the truck in or out didn't even come outside and look either time next time will be with budget rentals
