SARAH SCustomer service was fabulous , couldn't ask for a better more understanding person that made it such an easy and delightful experience. If I ever need another Uhaul I will definitely be using this same location in hopes I will have the same assistant as now. Uhaul truck was excessively bouncy and braked on its own very hard even when not promted to do so for assistance. Other than that over all great experience. Thank you!!
