Teach the team how to bring up a reservation. It took him about 15-20 minutes to find my reservation and kept telling me am I sure I selected that location for pickup. I showed him the reservation email at least 3-4 times. He was about to call his boss when he finally found my reservation. He also tried to charge me more than quoted online but I got him to fix it based off the quoted price.

DIANA ATruck was full of hay and we had to sweep out entire truck before we could put our stuff in, also I ordered 12 blankets they did not have but they did run the dolly out to our house that they forgot so kudos there.
