Nothing, the service was spectacular.
RICHARD TWonderful and accommodating staff at Sterling's Pearl St location! Easy pick up. I wasn't happy with central reservations for having me make 100+ mile round-trip to pick up the equipment when they knew I'm moving 1100 miles away, but that's not Sterling's fault just saying it wasn't great of reservations to do that considering there was a U-Haul store location 4 miles from my home and many others in between. However, Sterling's was very helpful to me and my home location on Military Rd also gave me a couple freebies to make up for it because I did stop in there on Military Rd to check on my pickup the day before and that's when they told me central reservations put me in Batavia!!! And central reservations never even called me, just sent a text later that day. Sterling's also called me and they were very nice and helpful and understanding.
Jeannine FSandy was excellent. She even came in when closed to make it easier for us to sign out the truck! I give her 10 stars
