The location is great for those of us on the far east side of town, just wish they had pick ups too!

Totally different experience than I had with the Davis Monthan location. Even though I did all the precheck through the app it took an hour to get the keys released. At first, they couldn't find them then once they did the counter person had to call someone I assume for permission though the conversation was in Hindi and I couldn't make out what they were saying. I had also reserved a dolly which wasn't provided, luckily, I stopped by another location who hooked me up with one. Lastly the truck was dead empty of gas when I picked it up <20 miles to empty. I would not utilize this location in the future.
Larry OI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone anymore because the computer system seems to not work frequently. You guys need to update your systems so you can handle your in-state, in town, and out of state rentals. You are failing and upsetting longtime customers. U-Haul is no longer the only place to rent. It would serve you to remember that.
SHERREE MThe older lady giving me the keys was trying to be nice, but obviously overwhelmed with the uhaul process. Between gas station customers coming in and the lady having to restart the paperwork on the tablet. It took me nearly 2 hours to get my keys. I tried to make it as quick and smooth as possible by submitting my information and photo id online, but it only caused more trouble. This location made me want to look for a different competitor the next time I decide to move. I will highly consider not using uhaul again. Oh, and I rented 2 furniture dollys and I found out after 90 minutes, that they didn't have any dollys in stock.
