Had to help hook up the trailer because the guy was busy on the phone speaking a different language and was unable to lift the hitch by himself. Got the feeling he was speaking negatively about me even tho i couldnt understand the language. No moving blankets, ball hitch etc available at location. Guy there said I was good to go and took a picture of the trailer being hooked up incorrectly. Never going back to that location again.

No one will answer the phone. It's a gas station and it was unclear if this was even a U-Haul dealer except for the one big U-Haul truck outside. I needed to drop my truck off and they were open, so I asked the clerk if I could drop my truck there and she seemed confused at first but then asked me to park it next to the other truck and bring her the key. I asked about checking the mileage and advised about the dolly in the back and she said she would take a picture and send it to the owner. I turned the truck in a day early, and had not received an email confirmation, so I had to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL and get some help. They thankfully did get the owner to record the return, but ultimately this was a stressful experience and I would not recommend this location.
