Experience was great! Cant think of anything that could be done to improve on. Process of renting truck was quick and easy. And even quicker just adding an additional day. It was no problem.
Shawn BWe had to check in outside on a porch while the employee sat in a lawn chair. The employee did not communicate anything and barely spoke at all. Very poor customer service.
