It seem like the person I interacted with was having fun trying to scare you. They did the math wrong and didn't apologize. They kept teasing. Very unprofessional, based on this interaction would never use U-Haul again

MARK LI was told to bring it back after hours and they wouldn't be a fee. I was still charged a fee. Other than that, communication was good and service was smooth
