the original place I visited took my info and credit card etc., but later I got a text saying I needed to call another place. Created a bit of confusion for me but we worked thru it. Lady at the second place was extremely helpful.

It seem like the person I interacted with was having fun trying to scare you. They did the math wrong and didn't apologize. They kept teasing. Very unprofessional, based on this interaction would never use U-Haul again

The Uhaul at Climate Controll of Louisiana Tigerbend is the best Uhaul location I have been to. The employees where helpful and accommodating. The location was organized and drop off was easy and efficient.

Truck was old and cabin was selling like burning . Thank god I took it for 1-2 hour drive. I can’t drive it regularly for 30 mins. Please start retiring your truck if it’s too old. The miles on the truck was 170+k.
