Not necessarily for this specific location, but for all of U-haul, it would be nice to have a clear indication right away for what vehicles are available at specific locations. I went through the process of reserving a vehicle at one location only to find out afterwards that nothing was actually available. Also it would be nice for U-haul to truly clarify which vehicles have the ramp and which ones don't. We were relying on a ramp only to find out the vehicle we got didn't have one.
