Terrible customer service. They over charged us saying we was 2 days late and we wasn’t. They never logged it in. Wouldn’t answer the phone when we called or anything. will never use this place again

Parking is rough, but the staff was sweet!!
kelly mYou should never ever send anyone to this location. Locked gate, no sign, no number to call. A neighbor came by and tried to call. Finally they brought a key, they threw the key over the fence to me. Truck was dirty and trash in side. Because of the flooding you can't travel on I40 and I26. Therefore the trip was a lot longer. Ended up paying and extra & $131. I will stay away from Uhaul in the future.
