Alain DThe location was very accessible. However I was charged an extra fee for going over the mileage. I rented the truck for an understanding of 3 days. There was not a return location in the city we were moving and wanted to return to a more convenient location which required the extra mileage. I feel like this should have been accounted for in my rental agreement knowing I could not return it where I drove to. I haven’t had problems with Uhaul in the past and felt like this as unjustified and not happy the extra fee was charged.
