The truck had issue and the parking could have been a lot better. Really tight.

JOHNNIE HGot my u-haul at 12:00 pm sunday and was going to return it the tuesday but at a later time since we had to move states and i had a dr appointment with my obgyn. They told me if i didn’t stop it off for 12:00 pm on tuesday that they were gonna charge me for another day. so we added on the extra day for another $40. We go to drop the u-haul off and not only have to fill it back up but got charged the extra miles of having to travel from the u-haul place to our home to load up and travel from our new home to a gas station and then to the drop off location. This is basically stealing money and i’m so not happy at all.
Leah HWe are still having issues since we checked the truck in on 10/6 around 1 am. We have sent all the requested information and haven’t received 1 phone call or email.
