No one was present when I returned the truck. I had no help checking my equipment back in
Treasure C.There were items still in the truck from the last people. When the associate saw it, he basically said it was my problem. Also this was the worst riding truck I've ever rented. Nothing smooth about the ride at all.
Randy N.Wheel straps on tow dolly looked frayed and should probably be replaced. It still functioned well, but seemed sketchy in my opinion..
CHRISTOPHER M.The gentleman in the Beatrice was absolutely unprofessional and rude. He rolled his eyes, scoffed, and was not helpful with any of the process. He treated us as though we were stupid, and refused to answer questions. If he did answer, he told us that we scheduled this ourselves and should know what was going on. Will not be using uhaul services in the future. He also failed to mention that we had a limit of 30 miles, so we were charged extra because of the lack of communication.
