I made reservations on Salem road in Beaufort. Got there it was no truck available. And was told I had to drive to se Island Pkwy for a truck. No one let me know IN advance

Equipment was very old, and quite beat up verses other rentals I have had in the past. We traveled in heavy rain and leaked, the unit was dirty.
CLINTON CDash and interior hasn't been wiped down in ages. I reserved a 10 foot and they substituted a 15. Said I had at least a 1/3 to start but it was a thumb nail from dead on EMPTY.
