LEA MOne person working at this location slammed a door in my face and was rude/disrespectful. The on-site manager (another employee) attempted to serve a white couple who walked in to reserve moving equipment instead of continuing to close out my rental. When I objected to the on-site manager intentions to disregard me as a customer, lack of customer service, and outright racist actions she elevated her voice (yell at me). I informed her that she will not raise her voice at me and that she will continueto serve me. I found both employees at this drop-office location to be nothing but racist and rude. Horrible representation of U-Haul and it's brand. Shame of U-Haul for it's association with people like those I encountered at the drop-off location.
ROBERT SI was not able to get the dolly or the pads that I wanted. The truck was wrecked, so the passenger door would not close. Gas was 29 miles till empty so that was fun. Truck was parked behind another truck so I had to move one truck to get to mine. It was a real mess.
