I reserved a 15’ but was told the night before there werent any available. You only had a 26’ truck which barely fit in the driveway and was too big for what I needed. I get logistics, etc. but the move was more stressful because of this.

MACK MWhen we learned on the morning of our move that our original reservation (made via the u-haul regional manager), put our truck pickup 1 1/2 hours away, we thought we were sunk. Our movers were coming in less than an hour. Somehow, Par was able to secure us a truck at her location, as well as a storage unit, and we were on our way!
