Truck was falling apart, made quite a few terrible noises and had trim around the passenger window that was barely sticking on. I tried to return the truck after hours like I was told too and the website was not working to share my location and it would not allow me to create an account

Convenient location. Truck smelled like someone smoked in it and there was a lot of pet hair on the seats, floor and all over the cab.

This is the first time I pulled a trailer with inertial brakes. I don't like the inertial brakes. Every bump in the road caused them to actuate and yank the van back and forth.

We were moving things to Centerville where there were two other U-Haul places, but could not drop off there ----- had to drive clear to Beavercreek and ended up wasting a tremendous amount of time, gasoline, and energy (that we no longer had) trying to find this drop off place. When we called to get help finding the location the girl had no idea how we could get there from where we were and we ended up driving clear to Xenia. We had already driven an hour and 20 mins from Columbus to Centerville and were exhausted from packing the truck in Columbus then driving to Centerville to unload. There is no way we should have had to drive to Beavercreek during traffic hour to return the truck when there were two places extremely close to our move-in area. You made your problem of transporting the truck to another location, our problem! We didn't pay to drive to Beavercreek, only to Centerville ---- I guess you consider the added effort, time, and gas an "extra bonus".

I was told the truck had 3/16 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. However, when I got on the road and looked at the gage it was sitting just above the empty mark. I should have gone back, but we wanted to get packed and moving, so I stopped at the first station and put gas in the vehicle so I would not run out. The inside of the windshield was so dirty that when traveling into the sun it was very difficult to see anything but the scum on the glass.
