I’m guessing that they’re pretty new at this, but the representative was very helpful. The phone call I received from U-Haul the next day felt accusatory, since I wasn’t asked to sign anything at the pick-up location (not my fault and, again, I think Rosati’s is fairly new to the process, so maybe some additional training would be helpful).
