It is not a good idea to get a U-Haul from this place if you have to go to then go to an actual U haul to get any equipment you pre-ordered. In terms of customer service the first person we talked to was incredibly condescending and rude. The second person who helped us I think could see how we had just been treated and was actually very helpful in getting us all set up. If that second person had not been there that day it could have been a lot worse.

When I got to this location, it was closed for lunch. I had to wait for the attendant to return and when he did, he was not very helpful. When I finally checked in on the app, he could not find the keys. I had to find the keys in the truck myself hidden under the mat on the passenger side. I was also informed I could not return the keys that day and had to return them on Monday a full day later at 8 AM. This is extremely inconvenient for me. The truck itself had a loose mirror on the passenger side that flopped around and could not be adjusted. You could not see down the side of the truck to switch lanes or merge. Overall, I would never choose this location again, and I was disappointed. The app pushed me to this location instead of the main u-Haul facility down the road.
James LI received very poor customer service from the postal annex employee who rented me the truck. I had to call U-haul customer support while I was at the counter because the postal annex employee told me that she had no idea what she was doing. I did not receive any of the supplies I ordered and pre-paid for. The postal annex employee said that they sell all their boxes and supplies separately and I would have to pay separate to get the u-haul products they had in store. Once I received the truck keys and went to check out the truck, there was no dolly on the truck. I asked the postal annex employee why there was no dolly and they said I’d have to pick it up from another u-haul location. When I returned the truck, I asked to go to another location that would be able to assist with a refund for the supplies I did not receive, but that location charged me incorrectly by adding a missing equipment fee for the lack of dolly and they charged me an extra day fee even though I returned the truck on time.
Danielle Hstaff was friendly but it was very difficult to locate this place, and there was no available parking.
