Make returning the U-Haul easier. I didn’t find a key drop box. Also the website and app was not working properly. Went to dispute a charge but it wouldn’t allow me to continue. Tried to login to the app but wouldn’t allow me to login. Requested a call back and was scheduled in 10 min. I didn’t get a call back until the next morning. Just wanted to know the instructions on returning the vehicle.

Took longer than I expected, the truck was for one way and needed approval to return the truck to the same location. The worker was be careful!
ROBIN LWe were supposed to pick up at Beaverton location and we were changed last minute. This was a big hassle as we were on a time crunch and had planned accordingly. Not sure Pistal annex knew what was going on.
Gerald GHad a problem with fuel reporting, the app charging inaccurate sum but CSR immediately connect me with a mobile manager named Mike and he corrected the situation immediately.
