I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this U-Haul location. From check-in to check-out, the team at Parkside Mini Storage in Beaverton was absolutely fantastic. I actually messed up my reservation a bit, but they were so incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating — truly above and beyond. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, even when I was feeling flustered. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service, and that really stood out. If you’re renting a U-Haul in the area, this is the location to go to. Five stars all around — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

DWANE PThe address for this location is confusing. I'm not sure what UHaul could do about this problem but we spent at least 30 mins trying to find the correct location. Perhaps more clear signage would help.
