Truck needs serious maintenance! I am grateful that it made it to my destination! This was at the Harper Road in Beckley WV location. I then had to drive to the Ragland in Beckley WV location to get my things out of storage. I don't know why I was not given Ragland as an option to get my truck. Even more so when I informed the Ragland location that the truck had some serious engine issues, they replied "We have one here you can use if you want to unload this truck." What??? Then why in the hell did I have to pick up this truck at the Harper Rd location to begin with?? Not only that - - I was then charged for going OVER 2.4 miles of my allowed miles. Guess what - - the Harper Rd to the Ragland road was that 2.4 miles!!! Not happy with this rental experience - and believe me - this was not my first rodeo with Uhaul trucks, having crossed cross country a half dozen times or more.

Make sure it's clean the one I rented was caked in dried mud and I didn't hardly use any gas but was charged a fuel charge

KATHLEEN SThe young lady helping me was great. But the location was a hotel with minimal equipment. The trailer I rented had two tires with a slow leak. I had to have repair team sent to me.
