Didn’t have the size truck that we booked. Customer service is bland. Staff at pick up and drop off locations were both unwelcoming.

The systems were down, the lady checking us in seemed angry. I asked her about getting insurance and she said I wouldn't need it and she didn't add it when I asked her to. I had to call u haul and ask them to add it over the phone. She didn't apply any of the discounts that uhaul gave to me for driving 2 hours to Beckley WV to get the truck. We will likely not ever go to this site again
Kenan HExtremely slow pick up. Parking lot is attached to hotel and extremely tight backing up and moving a trailer.
Dennie LThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke. U-Haul should not allow smoking in the vehicle. It was clean but the smell was uncomfortable on the long ride.
