Everything was good, customer service was excellent except the truck I had ruined $200.00 dollars worth of my shoes, that I had to throw away, due the rain on those days. I told the customer service representative.

Tracy AThis was the first time having to use U-Haul and I thought the whole experience went very smoothly. We moved Family from one state to another and both the pick up and drop off were very easy to do. I would definitely use U-Haul again if needed.
Darrell WIn addition to the above poor service we were also rushed by two phone calls to return the truck earlier than scheduled because someone else needed it. Unless our dissatisfaction is addressed with an apology and a significant discount, we will not use your company again. As well as making sure no one we know goes through this horrible experience with your company!!
