The service was great and very friendly. I left a key that fir my storage unit on the key ring of the truck and didn't think about it until the next day after I dropped off the truck. Didn't get to go back to drop off location until two or three days later, hoping that I would get it back, and I was able to. The guy was super friendly to me and even had me cracking up cause he had a great sense of humor. I was so happy that I was able to get that key back. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience from pick up to drop off and days later getting my key back! So great job Smart hotel! Thank you

How U-Haul Reviews WorkService was great and the workers were friendly. Self-serve return and rental was intuitive and easy to use. Thanks!
Caeden PEverything was good, customer service was excellent except the truck I had ruined $200.00 dollars worth of my shoes, that I had to throw away, due the rain on those days. I told the customer service representative.
