When I went to pick up the truck, the guide didn't know how to do the computer stuff on the phone with the signing. And then the truck on top of it, he had $80 on if the trucks for the insurance, when I already said, I had insurance, and I had a cupboard. They gave me a truck to the gas tank was only 3 fourths filled open the back of the truck. The truck was completely dirty, so yeah. I'm not too happy. And I think I should get some of my money back because a three fourth tank gas and b.It wasn't clean at all plus the truck didn't run the right way.

Didn’t have the size truck that we booked. Customer service is bland. Staff at pick up and drop off locations were both unwelcoming.
Thad DThe systems were down, the lady checking us in seemed angry. I asked her about getting insurance and she said I wouldn't need it and she didn't add it when I asked her to. I had to call u haul and ask them to add it over the phone. She didn't apply any of the discounts that uhaul gave to me for driving 2 hours to Beckley WV to get the truck. We will likely not ever go to this site again

Dennie LThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke. U-Haul should not allow smoking in the vehicle. It was clean but the smell was uncomfortable on the long ride.
