I was given a truck that needed maintenance, after leaving the pickup location I was unable to bring it up to speed on the highway due to extremely violent shaking. I called the pickup location and mentioned the problems, they let me return and exchange the truck. However, the employee barely took me seriously, they kept dismissing anything I said about problems with the truck, telling me "its a big truck, it doesn't ride like a new Mercedes", and "I can exchange your truck but any other truck probably handles the same". When I directly said "I am really worried something will break on that truck" your employee responded by assuring me that "oh, you wouldn't have to pay for it, because you bought the insurance". To clarify - I tried to show concern about your vehicle breaking, possibly at high speeds and causing a loss of life, but the response I get is about money!? I am slightly upset that I was given a faulty vehicle that could have endangered lives. However, I am utterly disgusted at how little you cared about the maintenance of your vehicles or the safety of your customers!

Most brutal experience I've ever had with a "professional" moving company. Ordered a 10 foot truck and was told by the company the night before pick up that the only sizes they had were 26 foot trucks- even though I had reserved one months prior. We had no other option but to drive the 26 foot truck from Halifax, NS to Toronto, ON. There was so much extra room in the back that items moved around and were damaged. It also cost us $700-$800 in gas and took twice as long to get to our destination because it would not go faster than 100 km/hr on the highway. We also had no where to park the truck overnight so we had to make alternative arrangements and pay for parking by the hour, which was another added expense. Long story short- I advise everyone to look for another truck company and save yourselves the hassle and the money. Worst experience ever and no one at the customer service line seemed to be bothered to help and there was no resolution. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!

To get the exact trailer I wanted, I would have had to go to Dartmouth to pick it up at a very busy time in traffic, so I accepted a substitute trailer in order to stay with this great location in Bedford. More trailer stock would be the only recommendation I'd make, but it all worked out in the end!

premise was close.thank god my son in law was with me.as he is computer savy and finaly made contact with company.put about forty dolllars to much when i filled the tank and only noticed my error. when son in law, noticed on invoice. then it was to late.

When returning the vehicle the 2 staff members working Sunday afternoon at July 23, 2017 at around 5 pm were busy with their personal matters as one of the staff members was renting a uhaul vehicle and the other was looking after the reservation. Instead of dealing with the customers waiting for over 15 minutes.

Still mind boggling about the poor miscomunication I received with pickup/drop off with this location. I stated I was moving to lunenburg country and instead of asking if I would like to drop off at the location closest to me they assume I'd like to drive back to Bedford. (Without even stating it to me) I then get charged. Almost $700 for renting for 8 hours and then an overcharge at a different location and also another jumble of charges without clear explanation. Mind you all could have been resolved if the lady (I do believe her name is Jennifer) actually did her job properly.
