The inside of the vehicle was not as clean as I would expect a rental vehicle to be. We were told that there was going to be a $25 charge if we did not clean out the bed of the pick up truck we had rented. Lied to us about pricing and lied about gas fill up and then covered up those lies by saying they switched us to a daily rate cause it was $70 cheaper then the km rate but the amount they charged for the â€œDailey rateâ€ was the same amount we would've been charged by km. This location is garbage the staff are useless. I basically did there job for them as well they don't understand there position and what customer service is. I've rented numerous Uhaul's and this was by far the worse service I've ever received. There is no way I would recommend this location nor would I go back personally. Train your staff because it shows when they don't understand or are comparable of doing the work asked of them. Improperly charged a fuel surcharge while truck was returned with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. When I found the fuel lower than was on my original contract I reported through the app and to the store staff. The cab of the pick up truck had gravel all through it. I couldn't lay my furniture down how I wanted as it would have scratched it. I almost had to make 2 trips. Also the mileage was wrong. I uploaded a pic before departing with the vehicle and made the note on the uhaul link I was texted but the worker could not access it when I checked out. I think I paid for more mileage since I guessed how many kms I actually didTina L.

I know the tank was just full enough to count as full vs really filled up. When I started the needle was pointing at the full indicator and not one smidgen above it so the point is hard to argue at pickup. I drove 72Km and really filled the van up for 22+ litres about 5 minutes away from my return location. So...unless your vans have really sucky fuel economy at 30litre/100km or only 9gal/mile, I am going to suggest that my rental van was not really full and I do feel ripped off. In the future, I will ensure I only put in enough gas to meet the full line and not a drop more.MARK LINDSAY R.

Lately I noticed many back door locks are not working smoothly, it was really hard to lock/unlock. Other than that, all good. ThanksDHEEPAN V.
When I picked up the truck I was not informed that I was to look the truck over and confirm via text link that truck was in good condition. When I saw the text the link had expired. The back door loading area was not cleared of snow and the door was frozen shut so was unable to open. We had to clear the snow by hand and use a hammer to move the lever/latch. We then had to boil hot water and pour along the bottom of the door in order to get it to open. This was unacceptable and I was not impressed. The truck should have been cleared of snow and ensured that the loading door would open. It was a huge inconvenience and waste of time when I was already on a tight time schedule.CRYSTAL DAWN ANN M.
