The front desk worker was very polite and had a good attitude,she even went out of her way to help me get my contract settled and fixed when they opened to show the actual time I turned in the equipment

DERRICK MIt is a neighborhood pick up location. Fortunately I have the experience with hooking up trailers because they couldn't and wouldn't do the safety checks. We had several other admin issues but they worked hard to get everything remedied.
