GPS Location at this address was not working. The UHaul rep had to come on a Sunday just to help me. Lot of things are dependent on GPS Location for App to pickup, so this is something UHaul needs to investigate. Kudos to the UHaul rep to come on a weekend to help me out.

PATRICIA KNice owner, but there was a lot of problems with reaching your office to resolve my reservation. Not sure if it was his fault or your's but I ended up having to take another van because of the mix up between myself and another customer's order. This ended up being difficult for me.
