I called and made reservation a couple of weeks before rental and specifically asked if they’d be open on MLK day, 19 Jan. I was told yes they would be open. Imagine my surprise when I arrived only to find a note on the door saying they were closed. I am with AT&T and my phone internet did not work at the Glacier West location. So I was incapable of doing an online checkout. Luckily I was able to call traffic and they were able to help me and get me through the check out process.
