Jonathan zPlease regularly check ramp upon return, as it was off the track when i received the truck. I spent 10 mins trying to pull it out and another half hour trying to store it, in the pouring rain. Once I had it stored, it must have shifted back on track, as i no longer any issues afterwards. The guy was great and worked with me, as I was unsure how long i would actually need the truck.
HENRI Pmy reservation pick up location was changed in less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick up time. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the car and therefore was late to my scheduled pick up time so I could not complete the transaction from the app
