Had to pick up on a day they were closed spent over an hr dealing with the stupid uhaul app customer service was completely useless was passed back and forth to multiple agents that were not helpful could not provide the information the app need to get the key. Was a good experience as long as the place is open. I will never rent a uhaul from a closed location again
