JOHN WI didn’t rent anything from this U-Haul and was charge $800 for one day rental I drop off.
DERRICK EDuring the return process, I was asked if the truck was clean enough for the next customer. At first I checked the box that said “no” because the cab smelled so bad as was the condition when I picked it up. However, then I noticed that U-Haul was going to charge me $25 for cleanliness so I went back and clicked yes. It was bad enough that I had to put up with the awful smell, but having U-Haul charge me would have been worse
