Have personnel check unit prior to customer arrival. I also wanted the other unit that was on the parking lot because it looked bigger, but he said I couldn't switch he didn't give me any information to help but he assured they were the same size.

STEPHANIE HWe cleaned the van before returning. When picked up it had 1/2 tank gas, trash behind the front seats. The customer service at that location is just really poor. It is a last resort pick up spot.
