Kristian FAn Ace Hardware employee greeted me as I was parking the trailer, he unhooked the trailer and advise me to go into the store. Again, a superior experience vs prior times where I would describe as self service.

Ted pWhile Belleville itself did a good job-i rented a trailer 1 MILE FROM MY LOCATION. The DAY BEFORE I am told the only trailer available is 25 MILES AWAY. THAT IS UTTER BS. BAIT AND SWITCH. I had no other options to change on that short of a notice-I was forced to take that location!. This added 2 hours onto our move time. terrible. terrible.
