The truck I ordered and was moved to a different location to get was not there so I had to get a smaller one which messed with my plans. The blankets I ordered were not there. The truck was at 1/4 tank and the man was not very apologetic about any of it.

The U haul was prebooked. Upon arrival to pick up the U haul at 10:00 am. We were left waiting for close to an hour, standing in the store. The young girl on cash was on the phone most of this time with U haul. For this wasted time i Was offered to not be charged for the use of a dolly. The dolly was not used whatsoever and I feel that was a poor way to solve this issue. DO BETTER U Haul!!!!!
