Everything from the beginning to the end is terrible. I reserved auto transport 2nd July, came to pickup no one was available to help, a guy later came out after long time of waiting outside since all the office doors are closed. Dude came had no clue what he was doing after confirming that I had reservations he told that I can take the equipment and go, he ask when I will return the equipment I clearly told him next day morning. I left with the equipment some minutes past 11:00, afterwards at about 5-7hrs I got bombarded with calls and messages from you U-Haul saying they are trying to reach me and asking me to share my credit card details so they could process the payments. I shared my card on WhatsApp, and got charged for a day. I returned the trailer the next day at 9am and immediately message them informing about the equipment drop off. I didn’t get any closing bill until the 6th July, was surprised to get an additional charge making it 2 days charges. I reach out to whoever from U-Haul I shared my card details with and he confirmed that yes I returned it the next day which made the system charge me for 2days. I’m not quite confidence about my card details which I shared with you at this point as everything just seems shady.

It was very frustrating from picking the truck up, that took almost one hour, to returning it. It seemed like they really didn’t know what they were doing. We had two people trying to figure it out picking it up and then the person when we returned the truck just told us to drop it off and leave without any confirmation that we had returned it. We ended up calling U-Haul and speaking to someone there and they were most helpful and got everything figured out. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone. Very frustrating.
Annie LWe arrived to pick up the truck and it wasn’t there and we were panicking. We tried calling but nobody was picking up the phone. Then around 5:05 the truck arrived luckily. Turns out the guy working there was on a smoke break. He was nice. We got the truck with a below half tank of gas. (209 miles) and the cab smelt horrible. The back of the truck was not cleaned at all and we found a lot of garbage in the back and we even found smelly underwear.
JAERO DBad service dangerous trailer that should be put out of service. Appointment was cancelled without explanation from haul. Would appreciate a call to explain but one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had
