Bad service dangerous trailer that should be put out of service. Appointment was cancelled without explanation from haul. Would appreciate a call to explain but one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had

Terrible return experience

TJ COnly reason I was a bit negative is location was very dark and unclear where to find drop box for keys. Parking was easy though and much appreciated!
Alexander TLocation opened at 10am. No one there. Property looks deserted. Looking inside all the windows all you can see is garbage. Eventually after waiting I called U-Haul and took a picture and left the equipment. I had to take time off work to drop off during your opening hours and the least you could do is have someone there as well
