Enclosed trailer we rented was in awful shape and not road worthy. It jostled my entire SUV and the hitch was near impossible to remove. I was told that another patron had an accident where the trailer completely dismounted while driving.
COURTNEY LThere was a whole lot of confusion. I order a uhaul on line got to location to pick up no one was there to even to pick up reservation. Then after that he didn't even have the size I was ordering was sent to different locations to finally get one 4 miles out of town. I finally got to location they had changed my size uhaul to a way bigger one then what was ordered more gas and more miles after getting the uhaul at 11:30 am we had reservation for 24hrs . Then we received a phone call at 7:30 am telling us uhaul had to be back by 9 i kindly explain to the representative that we had not received the truck until after registration time. He explained to me he couldn't do anything I called corporate they extended it . We got done with it around 10:30 am returned . So wind up being charged $35 . I don't think I will ever use this company again worst experience ever.
