The gentleman working on Saturday morning was outstanding. U-Haul’s network went down when I was checking in and he found a work around. He had me call U-Haul’s 800 number while I waited and the customer service rep told me my van was not available until 2:30. I was staring at it as she was delivering the message. She tried to send me to a facility 35 minutes away. Terrible Thank goodness the onsite employee was resourceful. Pretty sure he had to use his personal cell to work around the network failure.
