Christie SMy only problem was that when I tried to go to the website to check out for an afterhours rental, the website did not work. I tried to download and use the app, but the app wasn't working at that time. I then tried calling the helpline but the wait time for an operator was 15 minutes and my phone died. I dropped the keys in the box with my contract. then came home and tried logging on on my home computer and faced the same issues. I then called the helpline again and was on hold for 15 minutes. The agent was helpful, but even though I returned the vehicle over a half an hour early, I am worried about incurring extra charges because the internet/app based options were not working properly.
TINA MJoe met us at the door. He was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with! After we returned the van he reviewed the van with a “thumbs up”! Easy in easy out!! 👍🏽👍🏽
