Samuel R1. it would have been helpful to be shown the van, and even moved out of the parking spot. it was so close to the truck next to the driver side, I had to slide in from the passenger side. to be shown where the gas spout was and which side, just a bit more orientation would have been good. 2. I was about 15 minutes late in returning it, so after hours. I wasted 10 minutes of frustrated effort on trying to use the phone app to check it back in. So, I ended up calling you 1-800-Go-Uhaul number, and received help there, and instructed to close the contract in the morning, by calling the local location office. I called and they had already emailed the receipt, and it was less then the estimated charges. The local manager were very good. 3. It was also frustrating to see that the estimated receipt said there was a $20 charge for returning after hours. The local U--Haul manager said there I wasn't charged this. I wonder why then it was printed on there. it caused me frustration when I saw it last night, as the manager didn't mention, when I picked up the van. So, a relief this morning, when it was NOT charged. 4. the instruction on the orange box was confusing too. I thought all I had to do was drop the key in the orange drop box, but it looked like I had to check it in by phone. Overall, I will repeat business if needed, but please address the concerns above. Kristyn SI whish the truck would come with straps. They are not worth buying if I'm only going to use them once.
