When U-Haul moved my pickup from Sherman to bells that was fine. I was very upset that the people who moved to pickup didn’t follow up to ensure the dolly and moving blankets were in my truck. Those items were on my order from the time I placed my order. Then I spent a hour on the phone with 4 different people to try to get those items to me .i was told I needed to drive to Sherman to pick those items . All I say is the customer service from U-Haul is terrible. The bells location was great, Garland was great . Just the customer service on the phone was useless and unacceptable on my end
