The truck was brand new but the customer service was abysmal. No one at the location to help and my pickup time was 12:30 and didn’t get the keys to the U-Haul until 1pm. The owner made the gas attendant help and he kept saying “this isn’t my job” which he’s not wrong. Not going to use this place ever again

Darren SProbably not the branch's fault but they first changed my location to somewhere in PA unexpectedly. A place 3 hours away from me, then when I spoke to a Nicole from the "scheduling office" to find the appropriate place to drop the truck off, she wanted me to "google the correct location". Horrible experience

ANTHONY CThey couldn’t find the key to the truck that was assigned. Then they charged us for insurance and we didn’t take it and then they charged us for gas when we filled it back to a quarter of tank the way we received it.
