Truck was not very clean on the outside (windshield was filthy with bird poop). Windshield was cracked in 2/3 spots. Location not at fault here, however...My location was change the afternoon before, 20 miles away one way. I was then charged for 40 miles that was not my "fault". If the location to pick up is changed due to Uhaul, then those miles should be refunded. Charging for them is very unprofessional and lacking Customer Service.
