The first UHaul in Benton did not have a auto hauler for us to rent and referred us to this location. He even made a reservation for us. When we arrived, there was no one on the property, a phone number was listed in the window and Alex as able to quickly complete our rental and he applied the military discount. We were unable to hook up the trailer on our own because it was parked too tightly with other trailers. Another guy showed up and was able to get the trailer out for us. It was a frustrating time not being able to get a trailer at the first location and then having to wait for assistance to arrive at this location. The parking at this location is small and access to/from the highway was not easy or familiar for us to navigate.
