Make sure QR code is on equipment. Trailer was returned 2/15 about 2 pm. Received a call 2/17 asking where the return was. Since return location was closed, we couldn’t straight forward return it. Return location was very slow to process returns. Stressful for us !

Jamie HWe rented a dolly and blankets. Neither were in the truck and the location was closed. We were not given a refund and had to go to another location to rent them. We were told that we should have known they would be closed and those items wouldn’t be available.
Jennifer JU-Haul assumed I would have the truck 3 days and charged for them. Ended up having it 2 days and 6 hrs.
