Location opened late. (30mins late) Took 30mins to get system running. (never got it running) Van front windshield was so dirty. Driver and passenger seats were so dirty. Inside of van was okay.

Great location with an easy pickup process through the app. Just note that there’s no after‑hours drop‑off since they don’t have a key drop box, so returns must be done during store hours. The U‑Haul app should be updated to prevent selecting drop‑off times outside business hours, as this can cause issues for renters.
Mohannad HEverything was great (once I figured out I had to check in via the app) It wasnt obvious to me that it was being done that way. I waited 15 minutes in the cold for the store to open (or at least someone show up with paperwork and keys) and I still haven't got a response from the 'help chat'. It's a good thing I had enough data to download the app. The keys were left in a lock box in the unlocked van. Instructions were clear. But I certainly wish I knew it was going to all be done via the app before being left in the cold.
