Deliver the car with more gas than when I picked it up, arrive 60 minutes later and got charged for another day, no empathy to say thanks for filling the tank, instead a question “why did you put more gas.” One of my first and last times this location gets business from me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were no furniture pads even though I paid to rent them. The dolly was there. The tire pressure sensor was on display.
Tara RClean..... the van I got was covered in mud - actually I think it was manure based on the awful smell. It got all over my couch and mattress - now I need to buy cleaners. I was on a deadline to move out, so I didnt have time to complain, but when I told the man at the counter afterwards he said "oh, if you told me I woukd have given you a blanket".... how about you just clean it? I have photos of the van - it was filthy. Like... hose it out - it sits in the sun all day so the smell will be worse. The man was nice, but the care for policy and procedure was not there

Umesh MLocation opened late. (30mins late) Took 30mins to get system running. (never got it running) Van front windshield was so dirty. Driver and passenger seats were so dirty. Inside of van was okay.
