Personnel had no parking spots available because he parked his personal vehicle in the last spot, argued about me dropping off the U-Haul truck there because I had picked it up somewhere else. He gave unclear instructions about where to park, then changed his mind, moved his own car, then made me get out of the truck in the middle of parking to park it himself.

Vianey MOrdered a dollie two days before pickup and when I arrived I was told we don't have dollies, very disappointed and kinda screwed me big time,,,,poor job guys
Daniel WVery easy transaction. Van was very clean and easy to drive. I much prefer it to a truck. Staff was helpful and polite.
