I was on the way to pick up the uhaul I scheduled a week prior when a someone called me to tell me there was no more trucks although I had a confirmation for. 10ft truck. They gave me another location to go too over 20 min away and when I got there it took 15 minutes to get in because they did not provide me a gate code and I had to call them and be placed on hold to ask for them to call the location they sent me to let them know I’m there. I was so annoyed because it delayed my scheduled move. They charged me for the extra miles of going to and from the new location which was further and not my fault. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. Stressed me out on an already stressful day.

Uhaul charged me twice for the uhaul and had paid 500 for a uhaul that was supposed to only be 200. Unprofessional as Stephanie did not provide the number to dispute the claim nor the information to speak to a higher up.
