I arrived to a locked gate. No one answered my call or text to the number posted. I had to wait for a FedEx driver to let me through
CAREN LThe drop off location that was assigned to me was so far out of the way. I wanted to go to a closer location but was told I had to go here or would be charged a fee if I went somewhere else. I don't know why you can't go to a closer location
MICHEL SMy experience was very frustrating. My first location was a self-serve but the app did not work so I could not get the keys. The second location I was sent to by UHaul did not have any vehicles available. The third location was okay but difficult to return the vehicle as it took forever to get the security gate opened. My app still doesn’t work. Fortunate to have gotten a vehicle but the hassle made moving even more stressful.
Kimberly CThe U Haul app sucks. Was not working and couldn’t make an account and attempted on two different devices multiple times. Wasn’t able obtain a code to enter the facility after hours. The customer service states they don’t offer after hours drop off but the following morning they said that was strange they said that because they do offer it. Luckily I was able to get in the gate and drop off the vehicle at 11pm
