Dorothy NRelocate to a more secure neighborhood. The drop off location was more like an alley, dilapidated houses, etc… Horrible location‼️
SYLVESTER TI called them before returning my rental and they told me to drop the equipment at any other location as their computers were down.
SANQUANETTA HMy experience with U-Haul was very poor. When I went to pick up the truck, the key was not where it said it was. I called customer service and it took us 45 minutes to find the key. Then, I opened the back of the truck and my moving pads that I rented were not there. We had to use our bath towels as pads for our move. Lastly, the cab was very dirty and covered in ants. I had them crawling up my legs as I was driving. I am very dissatisfied with my rental experience.
